Shipping Info
Shippings are manufactured and sent from different locations worldwide (USA, Mexico, Europe, Japan amongst others). Depending on where you are, your orders are shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. You should receive your order within 5-15 business days depending on what state / country you reside in (USA, Europe, Japan). For the rest of the world usually within 10-20 business days. International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Please, understand we can’t take responsability for customs fees. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Lost Order
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address + ask your local post office if they have your package + stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at houstrike@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Return / Exchange / Refunds
Most of our products are printed on demand and made specifically after each order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for wrong size/style/color selection or buyer’s remorse, except where required by applicable law. For EU customers, the legal right of withdrawal applies unless a legal exception applies. Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Refunds or replacements are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged/defective items. If any of these apply, please contact us at houstrike@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the wrong, damaged or defective items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
