/ ABOUT THE PROJECT
“ The concept for Houstrike began to form in 2015, marking a new phase in my career. As a music producer, the pursuit of new sounds and inspirations is ongoing, and I felt the need to have my own platform to release my music while also crafting a comprehensive visual world. My passion for the retro-futurism, industrial spaces and the cyberpunk genre led me to blend these elements into a visual universe complemented by a soundtrack inspired by these themes.
This platform for experimentation and enjoyment has since expanded to encompass events in Tokyo and Barcelona, merchandise, streaming sessions, music releases, and a curated playlist featuring music that resonates with the project's energy.
Looking ahead, I aim to open the label to collaborations and remixes, and eventually, on its tenth anniversary in 2025, extend the label to welcome other artists who are inspired by the Houstrike universe, providing them with a platform for musical self-expression.
Furthermore, the future goal is to create a Music Hub that brings together like-minded artists who share the love for the crossover blend of Progressive House, Techno, and Breakbeat music with a retro-futuristic vibe. “
